Warranty

Warranty: Merchandise sold on an “AS IS” basis is indicated on the purchase order or invoice. If merchandise is sold on an “AS IS” basis it is expressly understood by buyer that there are no warranties, either express or implied. Therefore seller makes neither representations nor warranties either express or implied or in any other manner or form. In that regard seller and buyer specifically and unconditionally agree that there are no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or use imposed either by contract or law with regard to the merchandise sold on an “AS IS” basis. For any merchandise that is not designated “AS IS”, as herein set forth, any warranty for merchandise sold will not exceed the period of time stated on either the purchase order or invoice. Some States do not allow margins on how long an implied warranty can last.

In no event shall we be held accountable to you with respect to this site, our products, content, or services for any amount in the aggregate in excess of the fees paid by you therefore; or for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever, including (without limitation), loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages.

All of our sales are final. However, we will return your money or exchange the item only if we ship the wrong item or if it is defective in any way.

If you do desire to return your item for whatever reason, it must be done within 14 days of the original receipt. If your purchase appears to be broken, or if it is missing some pieces, please notify us immediately and send us back the defective item. merchandise.
